Wellness coach Jamie Graber takes us through her morning coffee recipe (with a side of supplements) to get her body and mind aligned for the day. Perfect for your Monday AM caffeine kick, or any time you need a perk.
2 oz espresso
10 oz hot water
1 teaspoon maca
1/2 teaspoon cordyceps
1/2 teaspoon rhodiola
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon ghee (Ancient Organic's is my favorite)
Blend the above ingredients
(You can also substitute espresso for 6 oz of coffee and 4 oz water)
